To access the SENTRI program, which is part of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Trusted Traveler Programs, navigate to the official portal at https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/login.
To log in to SENTRI (Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection via the U.S. CBP’s Trusted Traveler Programs), you’ll use the TTP (Trusted Traveler Programs) portal.
Use your Login.gov credentials to sign in or create an account if you do not have one. After signing in, you can manage your SENTRI application, membership, appointments, and renewals through this site.
If you are trying to access SENTRIKey (used for real estate lockbox access), visit the SentriLock portal at https://lblba.sentrilock.com/login and enter your SentriKey ID and password to log in.
Choose the correct portal depending on whether you’re seeking border travel credential management (SENTRI) or real estate lockbox services (SentriLock).
Here’s how:
🛂 How to Login to SENTRI / TTP
Go to the TTP website: https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/
Use Login.gov to sign in (your TTP account is tied through Login.gov)
If you don’t have a Login.gov account, you’ll need to create one, then link it to your TTP account.
Once logged in, you’ll see your TTP dashboard, where SENTRI (along with other Trusted Traveler programs you’re enrolled in) should be listed.
From the dashboard, go to “Manage Membership” under the SENTRI program to view or update your information.

How to retrieve a forgotten SentriKey ID
To retrieve a forgotten SentriKey ID, visit the SentriLock “Forgot ID” page and enter the email address associated with your account. Instructions to recover your SentriKey ID will then be sent to that email.
Alternatively, your SentriKey ID is often the same as your MLS ID and can also be located in the SentriKey app by tapping the “person” icon on the home page; your ID will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
If you are still unable to retrieve your ID, contact your local association or SentriLock customer support for direct assistance.
