Seattle Space Needle New Years 2022 : New Year’s at the Needle

T-Mobile New Year’s at the Needle will see the return of live fireworks to ring in 2022… but this celebration will be best seen on your screen.

The Space Needle has partnered with multimedia studios and talented digital artists to create the first-ever live fireworks show to be augmented live with exclusive special effects that can only be seen on TV or streaming online! Get all of the thrills of this year’s New Year’s celebration without any of the chills standing out in the cold.

To keep the community safe, we’re encouraging everyone to “stream in the new year” from home or at watch parties without gathering or creating crowds at Seattle Center in support of public health guidance.

There are no events at the Space Needle, and no public viewing at Seattle Center (crowds not permitted). The Seattle Center Monorail will stop running to Seattle Center at 10:30PM.
