Sayad Check Registration System for Bank Melli

Here is how to access and use the Sayad Check Registration System for Bank Melli. If you do not have the Bam app, Bank Melli also uses the Iva app for general users to register checks without full banking login.

How to Access the System

You cannot register a check just by SMS anymore; you must use one of Bank Melli’s digital channels.

1. “Baam” (Bam) Digital Banking (Website or App)

• This is the most common method for Bank Melli customers.

  • Website: my.bmi.ir

  • Mobile App: Hamrah Bam (Bank Melli Mobile Banking)

2. “Iva” Payment App (Third-Party)

• If you do not have the Bam app, Bank Melli also uses the Iva app for general users to register checks without full banking login.

Step-by-Step: How to Register a Check

1. Login to the Bam application or website (my.bmi.ir).

2. Look for the menu option labeled “Check Management” (مدیریت چک) or “Sayad System” (سامانه صیاد).

3. Select “Register Cheque” (ثبت چک).

4. Enter the 16-Digit Sayad ID (found on the top left of the check).

5. Enter the Check Details:

   • Amount (Rials).

   • Date (Due date).

   • Beneficiary Name/ID (Who you are paying).

6. Confirm the information.

Important Note

• Mandatory: In Iran, both the Issuer (you) must register the check AND the Receiver must “Confirm” (Taeed) the check in the system. If you do not register it in the Sayad system, the paper check is invalid and the bank will not cash it.
