To access your National Pension Fund Payslip (Civil Servants Pension Fund / Sandogh Bazneshastegi Keshvari) via the sabasrm.ir or cspf.ir portals, follow these steps.

While sabasrm.ir was previously the primary direct address, the services are now integrated into the CSPF Electronic Services Portal (Saba System).

Required Information

Before logging in, ensure you have the following three pieces of information ready:

1. National Code (Code Melli).

2. Account Number (Shomare Hesab): The specific bank account number where your pension is deposited (usually Bank Saderat).

3. Ledger Number / Office Number (Shomare Daftar-e Kol): Your unique pensioner identification number.

Method 1: Using the Website (Direct Link)

This is the most common method to view and print your payslip (Fish-e Hoghoghi).

1. Go to the Portal:

   • Visit the official Electronic Services page: eservices.cspf.ir

   • Alternatively, go to the main site cspf.ir and click on “درگاه خدمات الکترونیکی” (Electronic Services Portal).

2. Select “Payslip”:

   • Look for the icon or link labeled “دریافت فیش حقوقی” (Receive Payslip).

3. Enter Your Details:

   • Enter your National Code.

   • Enter your Office Number (Shomare Daftar-e Kol).

   • Enter your Account Number.

4. View Payslip:

   • Select the Month and Year you wish to view.

   • Click the “مشاهده فیش” (View Payslip) button. You can then download it as a PDF or print it.

• “Error: Information Incorrect”: Ensure you are using the specific account number associated with your pension deposit, not just any account you hold at that bank.

• Forgot Ledger Number (Shomare Daftar-e Kol): If you do not know this number, you can usually retrieve it on the same website by selecting the “Retrieve Ledger Number” option or by contacting your local pension office.

• Website Access: If sabasrm.ir does not load, use the direct portal link: eservices.cspf.ir. Note that these sites sometimes require an Iranian IP address; if you are outside Iran, you may need to disable your VPN or use a specific proxy.
