Getting Started
Activation
When your account is first created, you will receive an email that contains a temporary password. You will use this password to register.
Employee Registration
On the Login page, click REGISTER NOW. On the next page, enter your information and click Next. Follow the instructions to complete the registration process.
Administrator Registration
On the login page, click CREATE ACCOUNT. On the next page, enter your temporary user ID and password and click Next. Follow the instructions to complete the registration process.

Problems Logging In
Please contact your company’s administrator for assistance.
Forgot Password
Enter your User ID and click Next. On the Enter Password page, click Forgot Password? and then follow the instructions to receive a new temporary password. Once you log in with the temporary password, you will need to create a new permanent password.
Forgot User ID
Select FORGOT YOUR USER ID? from the login page and follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions. Then, your user ID will be displayed and you can log in to the application.
What To Do if You Are Locked Out
Please contact your company’s administrator to have your password reset.

If you are unable to download the mobile app please follow these instructions:
- On your computer or mobile device, go to Log In:

- If you no longer use the email or mobile number that you shared with your employer, click on Your Information and enter your information
- If you are registered in ADP’s systems, you will see a list of products that you are able to access. To view your pay information, select MyADP or WorkforceNow.
What you can do if you are unable to access your pay information:
If you can’t log in to ADP’s mobile app, contact your employer. Your employer is required to provide you with your pay and W-2 information.
If you can’t contact your employer/former employer or have issues getting your W-2, the IRS can help – https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc154
If you are unable to contact your employer/former employer, you can reach out to your state labor department for assistance with past pay information.
