To vote for your favorite housemate in Big Brother Mzansi Season 6 (Bazozwa), you can register through the official website, mobile site, or the MyDStv app. Voting lines typically open on Mondays at 21:00 and close on Thursdays at 21:00.
1. Registering on the Website or Mobile Site
This is the best option if you aren’t a DStv subscriber or just want a quick setup.
Step 1: Visit mzansimagic.tv/bigbrother.
Step 2: Click on the Vote menu and select Register.
Step 3: Enter your details: Name, surname, year of birth, gender, location, and mobile number (use international format, e.g., +27XXXXXXXXX).
Step 4: Choose a password and wait for an OTP (One Time Pin) via SMS.
Step 5: Enter the OTP to complete your registration.
Limit: You get 100 free votes per voting round on the web/mobile site.
2. Registering on the MyDStv App (Subscribers Only)
If you are an active DStv subscriber, you get significantly more votes depending on your package (up to 10,000 for Premium).
Step 1: Open the MyDStv App and log in.
Step 2: Look for the Big Brother Mzansi banner or go to Manage > Explore.
Step 3: Tap Register Now, enter your mobile number and smartcard number, and set a password.
Step 4: Verify with the OTP sent to your phone.
