Safe Location: You’ll find this safe on the north side of the Sterilization Chamber, sitting on a window ledge. Be careful—this room is usually guarded by a Licker.
Reward: 1x Med Injector, 1x Molotov Cocktail, and 15x Handgun Ammo.
Where to find the clue: If you want to find the note officially, it is located in Bioweapon Repository 05, sitting inside a white storage container near the stairs.

Quick Tips for the ARK Area
Since you’ve been dealing with those pesky “Fatal D3D” errors in this game, make sure you save often at the typewriter in the nearby Lab Entrance hub. The transition between the Sterilization Chamber and the Chemical Storage is a known crash point for some PC players.
