Outlander Season 6 Cast Preview and Reviews: Claire and Jamie’s story continues on March 6, 2022

Season 6 of Outlander will bring revolution to Fraser’s Ridge, bringing with it a new cast of characters for Claire and Jamie to get to know. It will be based on Diana Gabaldon’s best-selling series of novels, A Breath of Snow and Ashes, which is the sixth book in the Outlander saga. With just eight episodes, this season of Outlander promises to be full of time-traveling adventures.

The story of Claire Randall Fraser, a World War II nurse on a romantic getaway with her husband Frank in 1945, is told in the novel Outlander. By chance, Claire is transported back in time to 1743 and falls in love with Jamie Fraser while visiting the stone circle, Craigh Na Dun, while she’s there. The Battle of Culloden threatens Claire and the couple’s unborn child when she finally has a chance to return to her time and leave Jamie behind. Time-travelers Brianna and Roger follow Claire back to Jamie after Claire returns to the future for the sake of raising Brianna, who is also time-traveling.
