Go to secure.ollocard.com/link/Activate/Activate. You will need to provide:
Your Last Name and Date of Birth.
The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
The 16-digit Card Number and its Expiration Date.
Mobile App:
You can download the Ollo Credit Card app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Many users find this easier as it also lets you set up biometric login immediately.
Phone Activation:
If the website is giving you trouble (especially given today’s reported server errors with other financial apps), call the number on the sticker on the front of your card or the customer service line at 1-833-845-2200.

⚠️ Important: The Ally/Merrick Transition
If you are an existing customer or recently received a replacement card, you might notice different branding:
Ally Customers: Some Ollo cards are being replaced by Ally Credit Cards. If your card mentions Ally, you can activate it at ally.com/activate.
Merrick Bank: Merrick Bank is now the issuer for most Ollo accounts. If you have both a Merrick and an Ollo card, they are still managed separately for now.
