Ole Miss Student Housing Portal Login
The Ole Miss Student Housing Portal is the primary online platform for students to manage their housing needs at the University of Mississippi. Here’s how to access it and what you can do there:
Accessing the Portal
You’ll need your Ole Miss webID and password to log in. The portal can be found at:

Log in to the main Ole Miss portal
To log in to the main Ole Miss portal, you’ll need your Ole Miss WebID and password. Here’s how to do it:
1. Go to the Ole Miss website: Navigate to the official Ole Miss website at https://olemiss.edu/.
2. Find the login link: Look for the “myOleMiss” link usually located in the top right corner of the homepage. Click on it.
3. Enter your credentials: You will be redirected to a login page where you need to enter your WebID and password.
4. Access your account: Once you’ve entered your credentials correctly, click on the “Login” or “Submit” button to access your Ole Miss account.
Functions of the Portal:
• Applications: Apply for on-campus housing, including specific residence halls or apartments, and for exemptions if needed.
• Assignments & Room Changes: View your housing assignment, request room changes or roommate changes (if applicable), and see your roommate information.
• Forms & Requests: Submit various forms like requests to vacate, room privatization requests, student housing appeals, cancellation requests, and lockout service requests.
• Important Information & Updates: Receive notifications and announcements about housing deadlines, events, policies, etc.

What is a Specialty Device?
These are usually devices such as scientific instruments, gaming consoles, and Smart TVs that cannot join wireless networks the traditional way. Generally, most consumer and professional grade devices are supported. Please note, the OleMissDevices Wi-Fi network is only intended for these types of devices. Devices such as laptops and cell phones should utilize the standard OleMiss Wi-Fi network.
How many devices can I register?
Users are allowed to register up to five (5) devices in the portal.
