3. Already activated? Enter your activated Item ID into the field at activation.frontgatetickets.com/#/2023oceanscalling to review and update your wristband details.
Once your order(s) have shipped, you will receive a tracking email to the email address provided on the order. Make sure to check your junk or spam folders in case your tracking email ended up there!
For venue shows such as Stubb’s and Emo’s, most tickets (not all) ship from our offices within 48 hours after purchase, unless you selected expedited shipping. All USPS mail orders will arrive in a white, unmarked envelope within 5-10 business days after the tickets have shipped.

Activate your wristband for smooth entry and unlock extra safety features, such as adding an emergency contact. Next, register for cashless with your Chase credit/debit card or any other credit/debit card. Cashless is the easiest way to pay for food, drinks, merch, and more—all with the tap of your wrist.

Here’s how to register for Cashless:
- Activate your wristband and register your account with your Chase credit/debit card, or any other credit/debit card. Then set a required PIN for security.
- During the festival, order at any food, drink, merch, or vendor and let them know you’re paying with your wristband.
- Tap your wristband, enter your PIN, and you’re done!
Do not put on or tighten your wristband until you are ready to attend the festival, as they cannot be loosened or removed. If you later require a replacement, there will be a $20 wristband replacement fee.
Get a one-time $10 cashless spend credit (the “Credit”) applied to your Festival wristband when you register and link your Chase debit or credit card for Oceans Calling Cashless payments. Offer is limited to the first 2,000 registrants to link a Chase card.
Credit is only valid for the festival day or weekend for which your wristband was purchased. No Credit will be provided for registrations made after 6pm EST on the Sunday of the 2023 festival.
Credit expires on 10/1/23 at 6pm EST. Credit may be used for purchases at all on-site merchants at the Festival that accept cashless payment. Not valid for online purchases. Credit may be combined with other payment methods to make purchases that are greater than $10.
