Purpose:

• To combat scalping and ensure that graphics cards reach actual users.
• To provide a more direct and reliable way for customers to purchase Founders Edition cards at MSRP.

Key Features:

• Direct Purchase: The program allows eligible users to buy the GPUs directly from the NVIDIA Marketplace.
• Eligibility:
  • It’s primarily aimed at verified GeForce gamers and creators.
  • Currently, the program is limited to users in the United States.
  • To be eligible Users must of had an Nvidia account created before January 30th 2025.
  • People wanting to participate must fill out a form on Nvidias website.
• Founders Edition Focus: The program applies specifically to NVIDIA’s Founders Edition graphics cards.
• Verification: NVIDIA uses various factors to verify users, including their region, system configuration, and game/app usage.
• Invite System: Eligible users receive email invitations to purchase the cards.

Continuing The Verified Priority Access Trial Program

Over the last few weeks, we have been delighted to see GeForce gamers and creative app users share their excitement of getting a GeForce RTX 4090 Founders Edition graphics card through the Verified Priority Access trial program. Following this initial trial launch, we are continuing to test the program, with a few new additions.

Firstly, Verified Priority Access will give a limited number of opportunities to purchase GeForce RTX 4080 graphics cards shortly after the worldwide release on November 16th. At the same time, a limited quantity of GeForce RTX 4090 graphics cards will also be made available. Invited users will receive a unique link to purchase a single graphics card on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

Secondly, we are working with our participating etail partners and add-in-card partners to include more GeForce RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 models in the Verified Priority Access trial, in addition to NVIDIA’s limited Founders Edition design. Availability of these additional models will vary by etailer.

Lastly, we’re opening sign-ups to be considered for a Verified Priority Access invitation. There may be many more sign-ups than cards available in this trial, so enrolling does not guarantee getting selected for an invitation.
