Error code 2110 on the Nintendo Switch is always a Network / Internet Connection error. It means your Switch is struggling to talk to your Wi-Fi router.
The specific fix depends on the last 4 digits of the code (e.g., 2110-3127 vs. 2110-1100), but here is the master fix list that covers 90% of these errors.
1. The “DNS” Fix (For 2110-3127)
If your error ends in 3127, your Switch is connecting to Wi-Fi but getting “lost” on the way to the internet.
Go to System Settings > Internet > Internet Settings.
Select your Wi-Fi network and click Change Settings.
Scroll down to DNS Settings and change it from Automatic to Manual.
Enter these Google DNS numbers:
Primary DNS:
008.008.008.008Secondary DNS:
008.008.004.004
Save and try connecting again.

2. The “Hardware” Fix (For 2110-1100 or 1118)
If your error ends in 1100 or 1118, your Switch likely cannot find any Wi-Fi networks at all. This is often a software glitch or a loose internal antenna.
Hard Restart (Critical): Do not just put it to sleep. Hold the Power Button down for 3 full seconds > Select Power Options > Restart.
Test Distance: Stand right next to your router. If it connects there but nowhere else, your Switch’s internal antenna might be failing.
3. The “Interference” Fix (For 2110-2003)
If your error ends in 2003, something is physically blocking the signal.
Check Obstacles: Are you using the Switch behind a TV, near an aquarium, or next to a microwave? These block Wi-Fi signals.
5GHz vs 2.4GHz: If you have a dual-band router, try connecting to the 2.4GHz band (usually labeled “MyWifi_2G”). It is slower but punches through walls better than 5GHz.
If none of these work:
You can bypass the Wi-Fi entirely by buying a USB LAN Adapter (about $10-15) and plugging an ethernet cable directly into the Switch dock. This works even if your internal Wi-Fi chip is broken.
