1. Visit the Correct Portal
- Go to your browser and navigate to: https://myuhc.com/CommunityPlan
- This is the official site for members of UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, including OTC benefits access.
2. Register If You Haven’t Yet
Click on “Register Now”
You’ll need your Member ID number (found on your member ID card) or your Social Security number, along with your date of birth.
3. Sign In If You’re Already Registered
- Use the same credentials (username/password) that you’ve registered with on the Community Plan portal.
