❓ Common Issues & Access Problems
1. Page Doesn’t Load
Some users experience infinite loading or a spinning wheel when trying to access the security info page. This can be due to network issues or blocked endpoints. Recommendations:
Try a different browser or use inPrivate/incognito mode.
Switch networks and check using browser Developer Tools to monitor network requests.
2. Insufficient Access / Conditional Access Errors
Users can encounter errors like Error Code 53003, especially if Conditional Access (CA) policies restrict access based on device state or browser. Some admins can access it while standard users cannot.
Review CA policies and ensure no policy blocks access to the mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info endpoint.
3. Restricting Access to the Security Info Page
There is no built-in setting to outright disable user access to this page in Microsoft 365. Blocks can only be enforced via network-level restrictions or conditional access policies targeting the URL.
