      • Registrarse es facil. Solo descarga la aplicacion Mybenefits instalala en tu cel y cuando la abras te pedira tu ID de la tarjeta del seguro y los cuatro ultimo numeros de la tarjeta de beneficios OTC y ya esta activada y si no tienes un perfil creas tu perfil.
        Asi yo active la mia.

This company is so unprofessional disorganized that people waited on the 1st and when they get their groceries had to wait on the phone for 5 hours and then to get people that they don’t know the answers and they didn’t tell him to go on down to the store and get them that I see people are disabled. So to me your left hand don’t know what the right hand is doing and I was just said yes they get together because since they can’t just hop on down to the grocery store and like you would I have a Kroger boost and I’m going to use that if I have to have my doctor to ride out of a note for it to give to you.

    I was able to activate card but then couldn’t register says I do not exist. This web site is the worst I have ever used. Its terrible.

    • I was able to activate the card but couldn’t get into the member account. It said that my member ID was invaded or there was no record of it. I tried calling the number listed and was on hold for about two hours and still didn’t talk to anyone.

  3. Phoned 3 different times to activate card.Multiple trys to enter card number on each call, always says invalid number. I am so discouraged!

  4. I have activated my card successfully, however, when attempting to use the app it requires a member ID (which is what exactly – tried several things unsuccessfully).
    Please advise.

    • I also activated my card try using it at Walmart and it won’t let me also when I go to enter my membership ID it says it’s not the right one which it is so we have to the end of the month to use this and I can’t even get started what the heck’s going on here

    • I am having the same issue. I have called member service several times with no one answering my call. To many issues so far with this card! Wish they didn’t change the system.

    • Take a look at your medicare card, ignore first three letters and use rest of them, that is your member ID, you have to register first and then you can use it in app.

    • I can’t activate my card either, its always something with this member ID. I think you should get some of your clients to help make a system that can run more smoothly for all involved.

  5. I have spent most of the afternoon trying to get information you stated to work. The info on the back of the book does not work. I also called the phone #. Was on hold for long while with no answer. The catalog doesn’t give any product name, so how can anyone shop at a local store? Some items that I have gotten in the past, (incontinence underwear are over 2 x’s-the cost, and don’t even know the brand). Not at all happy with this new supplier.

    • Have you figured out where to get the member ID from I’ve been trying to set my moms card up for 5 days but it keeps saying member ID wrong.

      • Member ID is on medicare card. I spoke to a rep. from Nations Benefits and because they are downloading everyone’s info it may not be available until the end of January 2023 so member ID will say invalid number until then. Who knows if it will even work by then.

    • You don’t use your “other” cc in app portal, Take a look at your medicare card, ignore first three letters and use rest of them, that is your member ID, you have to register first and then you can use it in app.

    • You have to use your member ID and pwd to login, even if you try “forget pwd” it won’t work because you don’t have registered with them yet.       • my medicare (red,white and blue)card and my Anthem (Blue and white) card both have numbers and letters. My medicare card says above the numbers and letters that it is the Medicare number… On my Anthem Card it says Member ID with the numbers and letters under it.

  10. I went through the same thing (member id is incorrect or not in system) After 4 hrs waiting time on hold on phone. I finally got someone lmaoooooo they told me I have to contact ###-#### which I did and after another 3 hrs on hold I finally talked to someone <(this was yesterday) After a long talk with agent. They confirmed my card is activated and they are having troubles transfering accounts to new program (this is why its saying your account isnt in the system or not correct) I was then told give it 2-3 days and try again, asper them. By then everything should be updated. I know I got aggrivated and hope this info helps so u dont think its you not doing the log in etc correct………. It is on their end. Have a good year all be safe =)

    • Your card is like credit/debit card that has fix amount added every month, if you have an acct with giant store, login and use this card (its master card anyway) to buy groceries it will work. You can add it into your acct like other credit card. The card has name, #, exp date and cvv # which can be used to add it into your acct and then you can use it in your app or online.

    • It can be used on grocery store like walmart or giant. For otc, I would say use in walmart or cvs, I strongly say use at walmart for both grocery and otc.

      • I have activated my card, it shown the balance on it. But this afternoon I couldn’t buy fresh mushroom at Walmart with NationBenefits OTC card. After scan the card couple time still decline

  11. trying to activate my card online unable to complete. Invalid information keep me from completing. then I called the 1-866-413-2582 been on hold for 35 minutes before speaking to a person. Stating the card was activated already but the computer kept showing a invalid message.

    • On hold 5 hours in the middle of night. Registered card can’t see otc can’t see anything on line says my member id is wrong. Went to buy food on the 1st and 5th wouldn’t go thru. How am I supposed to use my 75.00 this month when it doesn’t work they should have figured this out long ago this is a joke!

      • They stated that cards where shipped in dec last year and member will receive it in 1-2 weeks of jan. The grocery card benefits money will not go away at the end of jan, the jan month balance is good until feb 28 due to this mess and then from feb onwards balance will expire at the end of month if you don’t use it, so don’t worry you have end of feb month to use your jan balance. And FYI, the card will work at walmart when you buy groceries, use it as a regular cc and you will be fine. The otc and assistive device stuff can be tricky, if its not covered it will not authorized charge, its a mess with this company because the stuff you used to buy last year using otc/assistive device may not cover this year.

  12. I have $125 why did it only pay for $18 an it was same product I bought with other card looks like this is going to be a stupid mess!! So a list of food as I will now have to go to Walmart an search and feel a fool if not covered because lack of information to us!!!!

    • Yea, it is a mess. We all have to tell whoever (anthem, aetna, united) is covering this that this provider is horrible and they switch back to the things the way it was.

      • I sure will call my insurance first thing in the morning. They sent wrong item which cost 40.00 less than item ordered. Was on hold hour and a half exactly until computer kicked me of. Was no surprise as I knew it would be a hang up. Cooked ate and cleaned dishes. Oh yes now my user ID and password will not work.

    • Still unavailable and when I spoke to rep they said it my not be available until the end of the month. I would just try every week since they are not really sure.

  14. I am having so much trouble getting through to Anthems to activate my Benefits Prepaid Card. I tried on the phone with the QR code that did not work it tells me The info I entered is not on your records. I tried on my computer I get a page full of advertising for TEMU and no activation info. Please Advise what to do. Thank you

    • Take a look at your anthem medicare card, ignore first three letters and use rest of them, that is your member ID, you have to register with this mybenefits nationbenefits portal first and then you can use it fine.

  15. Why do you make everything so hard tried to follow directions which seem simple enough but they don’t work I’m sure you are aware that we are senior citizen and this is very frustrating can’t do it over the phone either it takes hours for anyone to answer

    • Not your fault Marcella. I was told last week to give everything 2 days for data to update into new system. Now its 1,2,or 4 weeks before it will be accessible. Im sorry I am as frustrated as everyone else but its not your fault.

      • Unfortunately its not better because uhc is also using this very same provider and is giving exactly same otc/assistive device etc etc so they are no different, the only difference is that uhc catalog is showing you pictures details but that’s all. So this is kinda stuck in same situation either way.

  16. So far this is the worst opoeration I have ever experienced. Registered right up to including member # and password. Then told both were invalid. Tried calling. Gave all information. Options were card balance – how is one choice options? Tried going on-line. I got to this. Monday I will contact my agent to see if this is a scam.

    • To register an acct, you have to look at your medicare card and ignore first three letters and then use rest of them, that is your member ID and it will ask dob and all and should be able to register online and then it will let you activate your benefits card, it will ask only last 4 digit of debit card, exp date and done. This site is worst, the catalog is messed up, when you try to filter it does not show anything, the paper catalog has no picture. Last time it was much better, this company is really bad and their price is jacked up on all those items that you used to buy from walmart, its rip off.

  17. I am very unhappy with the change Anthem made to this new company. Can’t get through to a representative, a lot less products to choose from, wouldn’t use the full $50 for my groceries last week and I can’t find out what it wouldn’t pay for, and why, it’s the most frustrated I’ve been in years. Probably going to swithch back to Humana

However I had to reregister my card and it sent me text with code to enter. Walla as Viny said it will work =)

    • Glad to help Richard. Took me some time to figure this out so hope this will help other folks. You must had activated your card via phone and when you try to activate from web portal it will add that another security check to ensure that you are who you are.

    • I believe it works at CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Walmart and I believe Duane Reade, Dollar General and Family Dollar are also in the list. But you may want to check with your provider because it can vary.

  19. I clicked on MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com/Activate to try to create an account and it takes me to no where. Where and how do you create an account and activate your card?

    • Go to [Link deleted]and at the bottom there is “Register” button, click on it and it will ask member ID and then follow that, read my other thread where I showed how to find and user your member ID. Hope this helps.

  20. I’d like to know why it takes over 2 wks to get my OTC order.
    Last year I had my OTC order in 2 days. I’ve called 2 times asking when it will be delivered. Poor customer service, disappointed.
    I needed some of those things asap.
