My Hero Ultra Rumble Patch Notes | Version 1.13.1

The full official patch notes for today’s update (Version 1.13.1) usually go live right as maintenance ends. However, based on the Developer Previews and Datamined info found in the game files prior to this downtime, here is what is being changed today.

The “Headline” Update: New Content

  • Likely New Character: Strong evidence from the game files points to Lady Nagant being the mid-season addition. Her character ID and lobby data were flagged for this update window.

  • Alternative Possibility: If not a full character, this slot is often used for a new Quirk Skill Set (e.g., a new kit for an existing character like Toga or Kirishima), but Nagant is the primary rumor.

Balance Adjustments (Confirmed by Dev Preview)

The developers previously released a “tuning preview” for Season 14. If these weren’t fully applied in the Nov 19 patch, they are landing today:

  • Nerfs (The “Meta” Shift):

    • Ochaco Uraraka (Rapid): Her “Zero Satellites” grapple hook (Alpha) is expected to have reduced range or reload speed to curb her mobility dominance.

    • Mr. Compress: Adjustments to his escape ability to make him catchable.

    • Hitoshi Shinso: His “Binding Cloth” range is being tweaked to prevent “unfair” pulls through certain terrain.

  • Buffs/Reworks:

    • Monoma: Major adjustments to how his “Copy” ability interacts with leveled-up Quirks.

    • All For One (Technical): He is expected to receive a buff that makes switching between stolen quirks faster or more fluid.

System Fixes (v1.13.1)

  • “Items Cannot Be Picked Up” Bug: A critical fix is being deployed for the bug that prevents players from looting items or using quirks mid-match. If this glitch occurs now, the match will supposedly “invalidate” automatically to save your Rank Points.

  • Ranked Points: Adjustments to the “Ally Support Points” cap to reward team play more heavily.

When will we know for sure?

The confirmed “official” PDF with exact damage numbers usually drops on the official X (Twitter) account roughly 30 minutes before servers go live (around 2:30 PM IST).
