To reset your Disney Plus account email and password, Go to my.disney.com/reset or open the Disney+ app and log in to your account. Select “Settings,” then select “Account.”

• You know your current password: Follow the steps above to access your Account, then select “Change” or the pencil icon next to your password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm. Select “SAVE.”

• You forgot your password:

    • Enter your email address and select “Continue.”
    • Select “Forgot Password?”
    • Check your inbox for an email from Disney+ with the subject “Your one-time passcode.”
    • Enter the 6-digit verification code from the email.

    • Select “Continue.”
