Troubleshooting
If the maintenance window has passed and you still cannot connect:
Restart the Game: Sometimes the game needs a full restart to reconnect to the “Online” server after maintenance ends.
Check Your Platform:
PC (Steam), PS4/PS5, Xbox One/Series X: Servers are active.
PS3 & Xbox 360: Servers for these consoles were permanently shut down in May 2022. You will not be able to connect online with these versions ever again.
Accept the Terms: Occasionally, Konami updates the Terms of Service during maintenance. You must agree to the new terms at the main menu before you can log in again.
