Here are the general steps:
Go to the official MEDISEP portal: medisep.kerala.gov.in

Select your category:
Employee if you are serving
Pensioner if you are retired / receiving pension
Enter required identifiers:
Employee ID / PEN / PPO Number (depending on your status)
Date of Birth

Click Search. The portal should show your status report with details such as:

🆕 How to Download MEDISEP ID Card (MedCard)
Once your status is verified, you can get the MEDISEP ID card. Steps:
On the same portal (medisep.kerala.gov.in), look for Download MEDCARD or Download Health‑Card link/button.
You may need to select “Beneficiary” account type.
Fill in your MEDISEP ID, Employee / Pensioner details (PEN / PPO) as required.
After submitting, a PDF version of your MEDISEP card will be made available. You can download / print it.
⚠️ What to Do If Details Are Incorrect or Status Not Updated
If you find errors in your Medisep data (name, DOB, dependents, etc.) or your status plot is showing wrong info:
Employees: Approach your DDO (Drawing & Disbursing Officer) to apply for corrections.
Pensioners / Family Pensioners: Apply to the respective Treasury Officer.
Newborns must be added within 90 days of birth; married spouses should be added within 1 month of marriage.
