You may register for MyMazda by following these steps:
- Go to www.mymazda.com or download the MyMazda application on your mobile device
- Click the black box that says “Join My Mazda” and follow the instructions.
- After you submit the requested information, Mazda will send you a confirmation email.
- Your account will only activate after you click the link in the confirmation email. Please be sure to check your spam folder for the email.
WHY CAN’T I LOG INTO MY MYMAZDA ACCOUNT?
There could be a variety of reasons your login is unsuccessful. Below are common troubleshooting tips:
1. If you have not yet created an account, please register at www.mymazda.com or on the MyMazda mobile application by clicking “Join Now” and entering the required information

HOW CAN I CONNECT TO THE IN-CAR WI-FI HOTSPOT?
To access the in-car WiFi, please verify the following information:
1. The WiFi on your smartphone device is turned on.
2. Your vehicle is running, or in accessory mode.
3. You have found the vehicle WiFi network name (ex: MazdaWiFi) and found your network password on the vehicle center screen:
4. To find your Wi-Fi network name on the vehicle center screen:

- Select Connectivity Settings
- Select Wi-Fi Settings
- Select SSID
- Find the Access Point Name (SSID) on your device, then select it
5. To find your Wi-Fi network password on the vehicle center screen:

- Select Settings from MENU
- Select Connectivity Settings
- Select Wi-Fi Settings
- Select Wi-Fi Password
- Enter the password on your device to connect to the Wi-Fi network
6. Open a web browser on your device and you will automatically be redirected to the Wi-Fi trial sign-up page. Select the option to start your trial on that sign-up page
7. Complete all the required fields and accept the terms of the Verizon customer agreement.
You will then receive a confirmation email – it may take up to 15 minutes for the Wi-Fi to activate.
