Register your Lollapalooza 2023 wristband in advance. Link your account with PayPal, Venmo or any credit card to your Lollapalooza 2023 wristband.
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.
Register For Cashless
Cashless is the easiest way for you to pay for food, drinks, merch and more – with the tap of your wrist. Here’s how it works:
1. Register your wristband in advance. Link your account with PayPal, Venmo or any credit card to your wristband.
2. Then set a required PIN for security.
3. Now you’re registered for Cashless too.
4 . Once you’re at the fest, just order at any bar or vendor location displaying the Cashless logo, and let them know you are paying with your wristband.
5. Then tap your wristband, enter your PIN, and go.
You may use your wrist to pay for meals, drinks, and merchandise if you link your account with a payment service like PayPal, Venmo, or a credit card. A possible $10.00 Lollapalooza Credit will be awarded to your festival wristband if you register with PayPal or Venmo.

Activate or Edit Your Wristband Info
1. Locate the 7-digit Item ID on your festival wristband.
2. Enter it into the field below to get started with your wristband activation.
3. Already activated? Enter your activated Item ID into the field on the page activation.frontgatetickets.com to review and update your wristband details.

Ticket and Wristband Policy
- Wristbands will be mailed in advance of the festival.
- All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.
- Only wristbands purchased through Front Gate Tickets or our Festival Verified exchange are valid.
- If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
- Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.
- Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day; you may re-enter up to 2 times per day
- Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
- Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.
- Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.
- Wristbands that are damaged, lost or stolen can be replaced for the original purchaser, ONE TIME ONLY, for a $25 replacement fee
- THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.

When will I receive my wristband(s)?
Wristbands will begin shipping approximately four weeks prior to the festival. Orders are shipped out in batches, so don’t stress if your friend received theirs and you haven’t! You’ll receive an email confirmation once your wristband is shipped out
If you purchase your ticket within 7 days of the festival, you will pick up your wristbands at Will Call located at the Box Office. Please have your Front Gate Tickets order confirmation and government-issued ID ready.
