To activate your Kohl’s Rewards card, login onto kohls.com/activate and enter your Rewards Card Number Online. When in your shopping cart, under “Order Summary”, choose “Apply” to add your available Kohl’s Cash and other coupons to your order.

Kohl’s Rewards is Kohl’s loyalty program. Kohl’s Cash cannot be earned on Kohl’s Gift Cards and cannot be redeemed on Kohl’s Gift Cards or Kohl’s Cares products. For full program details go to Kohls.com/KohlsRewards.

How do I earn Kohl’s Cash®?

You earn 5% Kohl’s Rewards on every purchase, every day (that’s $5 for every $100 spent!)*.

Customers who use their Kohl’s Card along with Kohl’s Rewards earn 7.5% Kohl’s Rewards on every purchase, every day (that’s $7.50 for every $100 spent!)*.

Your earnings will be added to your Kohl’s Rewards balance within 48 hours of your purchase, unless otherwise stated.

On the first of the following month, your Kohl’s Rewards balance is converted and issued in $5 Kohl’s Cash increments. Rewards balances that don’t convert into Kohl’s Cash expire after one year.

Plus, earn an additional $10 Kohl’s Cash for every $50 you spend when you shop during a Kohl’s Cash earn period.

*Qualifying Purchase(s) are calculated after all coupons are applied, before shipping, fees or tax is imposed and do not include the purchase of gift cards, nor Kohl’s Cares (charitable donations).

When and how will I receive my Kohl’s Cash®?

Your Kohl’s Rewards balance is converted and issued in $5 Kohl’s Cash increments on the first of the following month from when it is earned and is valid for 30 days. You will receive your Kohl’s Cash via email and if your Kohls.com account is linked to your Rewards account, your Kohl’s Cash will also be automatically stored in your Kohl’s Wallet.

How do I redeem my Kohl’s Cash®?

Your Kohl’s Rewards balance is converted and issued in $5 Kohl’s Cash increments on the first of the following month. You’ll have 30 days to spend your Rewards issued Kohl’s Cash in the store, online or with the Kohl’s App. And, you can use it with any savings coupons you have.*

*Kohl’s Cash may not be redeemed on purchases of Sephora items at Kohl’s, Kohl’s Cares cause merchandise or other charitable items or to purchase Gift Cards. Kohl’s Cash and other dollar-off coupons will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase coupon discounts.

How do I use my Kohl’s Cash® online?

If your Kohls.com shopping account and Kohl’s Rewards® account are linked, any Kohl’s Cash® that has been added to your Wallet can be applied directly to your purchase during checkout. When in your shopping cart, under “Order Summary”, choose “Apply” to add your available Kohl’s Cash and other coupons to your order.

If your Kohls.com shopping account and Kohl’s Rewards account are not linked, enter the 15-digit Kohl’s Cash number and four-digit PIN at checkout, and the value of your Kohl’s Cash will be deducted from your order total.

Promotion dates are based on central time and your Kohl’s Cash is only valid during the redemption dates specified. Please note that Kohl’s Cash will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase coupons.

How do I use my Kohl’s Cash® in store?

When you shop in a store, upon request a Kohl’s associate can look up and apply your available Kohl’s Cash® for you.

You can also present your Kohl’s Cash bar code from your Kohl’s App Wallet or email.
