Kerala Chief Minister’s Connect to Work (C2W) Scholarship Apply Online

You can apply for the Chief Minister’s Connect to Work (C2W) scholarship (also referred to as the Prajwala scheme) through the official Employment Department portal.

This scheme provides a monthly stipend of ₹1,000 for one year to unemployed youth who are preparing for competitive exams or undergoing skill training.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Age: 18 – 30 years.

  • Residency: Permanent resident of Kerala.

  • Family Income: Annual family income must be less than ₹1,00,000 (1 Lakh).

  • Employment Status: Must be unemployed and registered with a Kerala Employment Exchange.

  • Activity: You must be currently:

    • Undergoing a Skill Enhancement Course.

    • OR Preparing for competitive exams (UPSC, Kerala PSC, SSC, Bank, Railway, Defence, etc.).

3. Documents Required (PDF format, <100 KB)

Have these ready before you start:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Income Certificate (Issued by Village Officer within the last 1 year)

  • Educational Certificates (+2, Degree, Diploma, or ITI)

  • Bank Passbook (First page with Account Number & IFSC)

  • Proof of Preparation:

    • For Competitive Exams: A self-declaration or acknowledgement slip showing you have applied for an exam (e.g., PSC/UPSC confirmation slip).

    • For Skill Courses: An authentication letter from the head of your training institution.

4. Step-by-Step Application Process

  1. Register: Go to eemployment.kerala.gov.in and log in. If you are not registered with the Employment Exchange yet, you must complete the “Job Seeker Registration” first.

  2. Select Scheme: Once logged in, look for the “Chief Minister’s Connect to Work Scheme” (or Prajwala) button on the dashboard.

  3. Fill Details: Enter your personal details, educational qualifications, and bank details.

  4. Upload Documents: Upload the required PDF certificates and your photo/signature (JPG format).

  5. Submit: Verify all details and click “Submit.” You cannot edit the form after submission.
