If you need to reset your password for Kayo, you can follow these steps:

  1. Login to My Account:
    • Visit the Kayo website and log in to your account using your existing credentials.

  2. Change Password via My Account:
    • Once logged in, navigate to your account details.
    • Select the “Change password” option.
    • Click on “Send Reset Email.”

    • Enter and confirm your new password, then click “Continue”.
  3. Reset Password on a Hubbl Device:
    • If you have a Hubbl device (such as a Kayo app), you can also reset your password directly from there:
      • From the home screen of the Hubbl device, scroll down to “My Account.”
      • Under “Account Details,” choose “Change password.”
      • Select “Send Reset Email.”
      • Check your email for the reset link.
      • Follow the same steps as mentioned earlier to set your new password.

Remember to allow at least 5 minutes for the reset password email to reach your inbox. If you encounter any issues or haven’t received the email, check your spam or junk folders. Also, ensure that you’ve entered the correct email address associated with your Kayo account.

How to change my Kayo username?

To change your Kayo username or other account details, follow these steps:

  1. Update Your Account Details via My Account:
    • Log in to your Kayo account.
    • Under “Account Details,” select “Personal Details.”
    • Click on “Edit” to modify your account details.
    • Once you’ve made the necessary changes, click “Done.” A confirmation message will appear onscreen.
  2. Navigate to My Account via a Hubbl Device:
    • If you have a Hubbl device (such as the Kayo app), you can also update your account details directly from there:
      • From the home screen, scroll down to “My Account.”
      • Under “Account Details,” choose “My Details.”
      • Use your mobile phone or tablet to scan the on-screen QR code.
      • You’ll be redirected to My Account on your mobile device, where you can view or change personal details.
  3. Changing Your Riot ID:
    • While this isn’t directly related to Kayo, if you’re interested in changing your Riot ID (used in games like VALORANT), the process is similar:
      • Go to your Riot Account page.
      • Change your Riot ID and tag as desired.
      • Save your changes.
