jeevan pramaan.gov.in View Life Certificate

To view or download your Life Certificate, you must log in to the Pensioner section of the official government portal using the Pramaan ID sent to you via SMS when you submitted the certificate.

Here are the steps to view it:

Option 1: Via the Official Website

1. Visit the Pensioner Login Page : Go directly to the login portal: https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/ppouser/login

2. Enter Your Details

   • Select Pramaan ID as the login option.

   • Enter your Pramaan ID (this 10-digit ID is found in the confirmation SMS you received after submission).

   • Type the Captcha code displayed on the screen.

3. Verify via OTP

   • Click Generate OTP.

   • Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

4. View/Download

   • Once logged in, click the link to Download Life Certificate.

   • This will open a PDF file where you can view your photo, date of submission, and approval status.

Option 2: Via the Mobile App

If you used the Jeevan Pramaan mobile app (Android) to submit your certificate:

1. Open the app on your mobile.

2. Look for the “Download Certificate” menu option.

3. Enter your Pramaan ID and verify with the OTP sent to your mobile.

4. The certificate will be displayed on your screen.

Important Notes

• Missing Pramaan ID? If you deleted the SMS, search your message inbox for the sender “JPRAMAN”.

• Submission vs. Acceptance: Viewing the certificate on this portal only proves it was submitted successfully. To verify that your bank or pension agency has processed it, you should check your bank’s specific pension portal (e.g., SBI Pension Seva, SPARSH, etc.) or wait for an SMS from your bank.
