On Friday, the results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2021 were released. Not only did Mridul Agarwal from Jaipur top the exam, he also scored the highest ever IIT-JEE marks. Candidates who want to be included in the IITs’ common ranking list must score at least 35 percent overall and 10 percent in each subject, according to the JoSAA guidelines.

The minimum subject-wise percentage and the minimum percentage in aggregate marks required for the general-EWS rank list and OBC-NCL rank list are 9 percent and 31.5 percent, respectively, for the OBC-NCL rank list.

There is a minimum of 5% in each subject and a minimum of 17.5 percent in aggregate marks for all other categories.
