To subscribe to our ecards service, please go to our Join page at www.jacquielawson.com/join. You’ll be asked for your email address and country, and then a few other things.
After that, you’ll be able to decide on the duration of your subscription – one month, one year, or two years (you get a discount for one year and an even bigger one for two years) – and your method of payment. You can pay by credit or debit card, or by Paypal. We regret we are unable to accept cheques, money orders, cash or online bank payments.
As soon as your online payment has been taken, we’ll send you an email to confirm that your membership is active, and you’ll be able to start sending our cards immediately.
USING THE APP
You can also join our ecards service directly from the Jacquie Lawson ecards App, but in that case the membership will be managed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, just like any other app subscription. Please note the two-year option is not available in the App Store or Play Store.
Your app subscription does however allow you to send ecards from our website as well as from the app, and vice-versa.

Our new mobile app allows you to send our entire range of ecards, as often as you like, to as many people as you like… all with the added convenience of a mobile app that is with you wherever you go.
NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE REQUIRED
If you already subscribe to our ecards service, you can use the new app to send all our cards, with no extra payment. Just log on with the same email address and password that you normally use on our website.

Our ecards app makes it even easier to share ecards with anyone, by email, text message, Facebook, or other social media.
When does my ecards membership expire?
You can find out your current membership expiry date either here on our website or in the JL ecards app.
If you are not already logged on, then log on now by clicking the “Log On” button which you’ll find in the top right hand corner of every page of our site, and then entering your email address and password on the following page.
When you’re logged on, click My Details in the top right-hand corner, next to the welcome message. Then click Manage Membership. You will see your current membership expiry date there.
You can also see the history of your ecards subscription payments (including Gift Memberships you may have received) by going to the Order History page and clicking Subscriptions from the dropdown list.
If you renew your membership before it expires then we will extend your membership from the date of expiry, not from the date of payment. If you renew after expiry, then your membership will restart from the date of payment.
Please note that if you originally subscribed on your mobile device using the JL ecards app, then your subscription will be managed entirely on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your expiry date will still be shown here, but renewals and cancellations must be managed via the relevant app store.
