My Health+ is Intermountain Healthcare’s new digital health app, now available for free as a personalized mobile app and web experience. My Health+ brings powerful tools from across your health experience into one place so it’s easier and more convenient for you to manage all aspects of your health – from booking an appointment to paying a bill. The My Health+ mobile app and web experience replaces Intermountain’s existing My Health patient portal.

To access applications protected by the One Intermountain login, you will need your Intermountain Healthcare Master Account user name and password. This is the same user name and password that is used for Intermountain.net, Human Resources, My InfoExpress, Kronos, and many other Intermountain applications.

Activate Intermountain Account

To activate a new Master Account, you will to know your user name. If you are a new employee, you should be given your user name in employee orientation. If you cannot remember your user name, you will need to contact your local HR department or Intermountain contact.

For identity verification, you will be required to be near your phone and provide your phone number and physical address associated with your phone number.

Forgotten Username

If you have forgotten your username, you can perform a recovery by validating information on your account. If you are unable to recover your username through self-service, you will need to contact the Service Desk.

Reset Forgotten Password / Reset Expired Account

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it after verifying your identity using either your 2-Step Verification method, or verifying your identity by providing your phone number and physical address associated with your phone number.

If your account has expired, you will need to reset your password to reactivate it.

If you have forgotten your user name, call your local Intermountain Front Line Support number or the main number below for assistance.
