Your 2023 NY Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) falls within the applicable threshold for your filing status.

🕒 When & How
You do not need to apply — if eligible, the check will be mailed automatically by the state.
The mailing of checks started end of September 2025 and will continue through October/November.
The check will be mailed to the most current address the Tax Department has on file (often the address on your most recent tax return).

If you did not file a 2023 resident return (IT-201), you are not eligible.
