ifit.com Activate Code and Login Account : Connect Your Tablet or Mobile Device to Your iFIT Machine

The activation instructions below are for Bluetooth® machines (non-touchscreen) only.

Exercise machines with a Bluetooth console require activation before you can use them. While your console may seem unresponsive, it really just needs a simple activation to use the smart features of your product. Please note, if you have a treadmill, the safety key must be attached before attempting to activate it

To activate your machine, follow these steps: 

Download the iFIT app from the App Store or Play Store.

Once you have downloaded the app, follow the instructions to successfully pair and connect to your equipment. After you have paired with your equipment, your machine is unlocked and can be used as normal. Additionally, you have the option to sign up for a free 30-day trial to experience the interactive personal training that iFIT provides

If you don’t have access to your smart device, follow these steps:

1. Go to iFit.com/activate on your computer.
2. Follow the steps to activate your machine.

Learn how to connect your tablet or mobile device to your iFIT compatible machine using Bluetooth.

When to pair your machine to Bluetooth

If you have a NordicTrack or ProForm branded machine such as a treadmill, stationary bike, rower, or elliptical that is marked as iFIT compatible, but it does not have an embedded touchscreen console, you will need to pair to Bluetooth to access iFIT workouts.

How do Bluetooth-paired workouts work?

You will need to use a smartphone or tablet to connect your machine to Bluetooth. Once connected, your machine will auto-adjust in accordance with iFIT workouts, and your phone or tablet will act as both your visual and control console.

How to connect to Bluetooth:

Follow the instructions below to pair your iFIT-enabled machine to Bluetooth.

To begin, please download the “iFIT At-Home Workouts” app to your smartphone or tablet.

  1. Log in or create an account
  2. Once on the Dashboard, select the menu button in the upper left corner of the screen.
  3. Select “Pair device”
  4. It will list all available machines in the area on your tablet screen (most likely you will only see one).
  5. Press the Bluetooth or iFIT Sync button on your machine’s console to display the pairing code of the machine.
  6. On your tablet, press “Connect” next to the machine with a matching code.

Getting Started with iFIT

Schedule a workout

Currently, there are two ways to schedule a workout to your machine or iFIT app. The first method is through the ifit.com website:

To schedule a program through the website, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your iFIT account online.
  2. Hover over “Menu” at the top, then click Library from the list (You can also use master program list to find a workout series).
  3. From there, click View All next to a category name to browse all available programs within that category. Refer to the equipment icons to know which type of equipment each program is built for.
  4. Once you find a program that you’re interested in, click Join.
  5. A pop-up will appear for you to schedule the date that you want to start the program. After you’ve picked a date, click Join. If you don’t select a date, the program will automatically schedule starting on the next available day.

If you’re using the master program list, simply click on the link to the program you’re interested in, then click Join to schedule.

You can also schedule your work directly from your machine or app by following these steps:

  1. Log into your iFIT machine or the iFIT App
  2. Tap Browse at the bottom of your screen to view the complete workout library. Once you’ve found the workout you want to complete, select it, then tap the calendar icon in the top right.
  3. A pop-up will appear for you to schedule the date that you want to start the program. Once selected the calendar icon will turn green.

Access your calendar 

To view your calendar on the website, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your iFit account online.
  2. Hover over Menu at the top, then click Schedule from the list.
  3. Select Calendar View to view your workout schedule.

To view your calendar via the app or on your machine, tap Calendar from the bottom of your screen to view upcoming workouts.

 Start a workout

There are four ways to start a workout:

  1. Tap Start on the first workout that displays on your Home screen. This could be a workout you’ve scheduled, the next workout in a series you’ve started, or a featured workout.
  2. Swipe left on your Home screen to view other featured workouts. Once you’ve found the workout you want to complete, select it, then tap Start.
  3. Tap Browse at the bottom of your screen to view the complete workout library. Once you’ve found the workout you want to complete, select it, then tap Start.
  4. Tap Manual Start in the top, right corner of your Home screen to start your own workout.
