• Essential Supplemental Benefits:

  • All of Humana’s non-special needs Medicare Advantage plans will include coverage for dental, vision, and hearing. They’ll also include $0 copays for many preventive dental services and in-network preventive care.

• $0 Copays:

  • Many plans will offer $0 copays for visits to in-network primary care providers and for routine vaccines. Some plans will also have $0 copays for Tier 1 medications at in-network pharmacies.

• Preventive Care:

  • The plans are designed to promote wellness, with $0 copays for preventive and diagnostic screenings for breast cancer, colon cancer, and bone density.

• Prescription Drug Plans:

  • Humana’s standalone Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs) for 2026 will see a premium decrease for approximately 83% of the plans. The annual out-of-pocket maximum for covered prescriptions will be capped at $2,100, per Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines.
