If you were tested for the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Virus, you can use this portal to retrieve the status and/or results of your testing. Only individuals who received a test retrieval card at the time of their test are eligible to retrieve their results via this portal.

To retrieve your test result, please enter the 12 or 16 digit retrieval code and your date of birth in the website https://securelink.labmed.uw.edu/.

If you have lost your barcode or your access code does not show the status of your test after 72 hours, please seek assistance as follows:

  • For questions about facilities, directions, or scheduling a test, contact the City of Seattle Customer Service Bureau between 8:30 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday-Saturday at 206-684-2489. Interpretation available.

King County

  • If you are having difficulty accessing your results, please call the King County COVID-19 call center between 8 AM to 7 PM PST at 206-477-3977. This team does NOT have direct access to your results, but can help troubleshoot and connect you to the right team. Please let the call center know you were tested at the Auburn King County Site. Interpretation available.

Benton and Franklin Counties

  • If your symptoms worsen, please contact your healthcare provider or a local walk-in clinic for further guidance. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 and let them know you may have COVID-19.

Yakima County

Hawai’i Safe Travels Program

Instructions for Travelers:

  • Use the “Print or Download Report” button at the top of this page to generate a report suitable for uploading to your account at travel.hawaii.gov. You must be able to save the report to PDF using a “print to PDF” function.
  • There are free smartphone apps that can be used to make a PDF with your phone.
  • Bring a printed copy of this form to the airport with you.
  • If your result returns positive before you travel, DO NOT TRAVEL. Self-isolate and seek the advice of a medical provider

It is possible to contract COVID-19 if you are exposed to someone with the infection at home or in the community.
