The National Payments Connector™ is a new approach to helping providers eliminate paper and create better experiences for healthcare consumers at scale, with one partner, and one simple process.

Change Healthcare takes safeguarding PHI very seriously. With this centralized and streamlined experience, to ensure privacy and security, we require periodic revalidation to unlock PHI access.

Single download has moved into the provider portal experience and is still available at no cost. By registering, you’re able to unlock all remits from the past 30 days for an easier posting experience.

Register to download your remits. The registration process is simple and will take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete. You will need your Tax Identification Numbeer (EIN or SSN) and Legal Business Address.

Follow the simple portal access registration process listed below.

1. Visit https://remit.changehealthcare.com

2. Enter your email address and click Get Started.

3. Enter your Remit ID, Payment Amount, Tax ID, First Name, Last Name, verify your email address and click Continue.

4. Select if you’re enrolling with an SSN or EIN, provide the requested Business Details and click Create Account.

5. Check your email inbox or spam folder for the Welcome email from <no-reply@changehealthcare.com> to verify your email address and set up your portal access password.

6. Visit https://portal.paymentsconnector.changehealthcare.com

7. Enter your registered email address and password, then click Sign In.

8. Click through the four Welcome screens to learn about the new EOP portal access experience.

What is a registration code & where can I find mine?

Registration code will be provided to you by Change Healthcare. This will be included in the contents of your National Payments Connector™ Provider Enrollment email.
