Process to link ration card with aadhaar

First of all visit the official website of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the issuing body of Aadhaar – uidai.gov.in.

Enter your address details- District and State.

Select the ‘Ration Card’ benefit type from the available options.

Select the option Ration Card Scheme given there.

Enter your Ration Card Number, Aadhar Number, E-mail Address and Mobile Number.

One-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile.

Enter the OTP, after which a notification will appear on the screen for the completion of the process.

Post this, your application will be verified and Aadhar card will be linked with ration card after successful verification.

  2. For the first time on this website, you will have to create a login ID, which will be completed within a few minutes.
  3. After login, on the homepage of this website, you will have the option to add the name of the new member. After clicking on this option a new form will open.
  4. In this form, you have to fill the complete information of the new family members correctly.
  5. In the next step, along with this form, you will also have to upload the scanned copies of all the above documents.
  6. After that the form has to be submitted.
  7. Once the form is submitted, you will get a registration number, through which you can login to the same website and track the form.
  8. Officials will verify this form and documents.
  9. If all the information given by you is correct then this form will be accepted and ration card will be sent to your address through post.
