To know the status of your application, please visit the page https://medhasoft.bih.nic.in/medhamat2023. After registering on the portal, please wait for verification of the bank account from the department and the bank. If found correct after verification, you will receive user ID and password on your registered mobile number.
All students are informed that whose Aadhaar is not seeded with your bank account (for DBT), they should contact the bank immediately. Because Aadhaar seeding and account linking to Aadhaar are different things. Payment will not be made to those whose bank account is not seeded with Aadhaar.
Medha SoFt View Application Status of Students
1) After registering on the portal, please wait for verification of the bank account from the department and the bank. If found correct after verification, you will receive user ID and password on your registered mobile number. You have to finalize your application by logging in with this ID and password and visit the portal from time to time to check the status of your application and if there is any error, inform through email. After finalizing your application, please check the details given by you on the portal. Please do not share user ID and password, Aadhaar, mobile number, email with anyone else.

Due to excess load on server, you may miss to finalise on last day so, do not wait for Last Date of Application.
How to Apply ?
1) Matric 2023 scholarship portal for girl students only to open soon.
2) It is mandatory for the student to have the Registration Number, Student’s name, Father’s name, Mother’s name,District Name, Total Marks,Roll No,Division,Date of Birth (As per 10th),Aadhaar Details,Gender, Catagory, Mobile No, Alternative Mobile no & Email Id for registration
3) This portal is currently open only for Matric(10th) pass out of BSEB 2023.
4) Students eligible as per advertisement of Matric 2023 Scholarship of Education Department, Govt. of Bihar need to apply.
5) A student will get this scholarship only once.
6) Name in Aadhaar should be as per the student name (as per the applicant).
7) A unique mobile no. of student or family member can be used for registration, make it active for further alert.
8) A unique Email ID of student or family member can be used for registration, make it active for further alert.
9) Students can register to the portal by providing details such as Student Name, Father’s Name, Total Obtained Marks, Date of Birth as per 10th, Aadhaar Details, Mobile No. and Email etc.
10) After Registration Verification of bank account will be done. After bank verification userid & password will be sent on mobile till the time wait and do not panic. If you don’t get User Id and Password within 10 days than click on get Userid & Password, Check your status or sms (BRGOVT.). If the Userid and Password are not sent to a student within 15 days, do not panic, it will be sent soon after verification.
11) Do not share User Id and Password with any other person.
12) Ensure that application entry and finalization of application is done in front of you. Any error or mischief committed by Cyber you will be solely responsible.
13) After completion of the form final submit the application form on portal and print a copy of the application form for future reference. No Change is permissible after final submission of the form.
