DSP owners are responsible for hiring, training, developing, and retaining a team of up to 70 high-performing, hardworking individuals, operating with 1/3rd vans and 2/3rd bikes. We are looking for candidates who love building and growing a team, have the grit and leadership required to roll up their sleeves to get work done, enjoy operating as a part of a large teams and serving communities
Steps you’ll take
From starting your application to making your first delivery, becoming an owner can take as little as three months or as long as six months, depending on the availability of opportunities in your area.

What are delivery service partners (DSP)?
Delivery partners are local companies that Amazon partners with to deliver packages from a central location to our customer’s doorstep.
Who is Eligible?
We look at a wide range of information on each applicant, including work history, experience, education and financial information etc. to determine eligibility of a candidate for the program. It should be noted that this is a highly competitive offering from Amazon and we have a limited number of openings. This opportunity would not be a good fit for those looking to make a passive investment, work part-time, run multiple businesses or run a package delivery business in multiple locations/regions. This opportunity will require the owner of the business to be involved in daily operations.
How long does the selection process take?
Time taken for your selection as delivery service partners can vary on multiple factors such as availability of opportunity in your area, entity creation, processing of required checks etc. This might vary from 2 to 6 weeks. We do not guarantee that every application will be selected within the stated time.
I want to be able to do the program in multiple cities – is that possible?
The program is currently designed for owners to operate delivery businesses within a single city with a size up to 20 vans and 40 bikes. Although we are unable to comment on the future of the program at this time, we can say that we’re committed to helping owners grow a successful business delivering packages in their community.
What type of vehicle do I need?
You’ll need to use a commercially registered vans such as Tata Ace, Maruti Eco, Omni etc. Vehicles should have health certifications as per local laws and have more than 120 cubic feet of space. Smaller cars and trucks with open beds do not qualify. For bikes, any two wheeler can be used.
