You cannot login to the Pearson VUE Navigator portal until after you have configured your Password and Security Questions and accepted the Navigator Use Agreement.

The only way to access the first-time user Password configuration screen is by clicking on the link in the email. If you cannot find the system generated email, you must contact your Client Administrator or your Pearson VUE Program Manager to have them reset your account and regenerate the email.

As of the April, 2021 Navigator release, the Navigator use agreement requires new users that logon for the first time and existing users that logon for the first time after the production release to agree to the Navigator Use Agreement or they are prevented from logging on to the Navigator portal.

You will also see the Navigator Use Agreement page appear every time the use agreement is updated and you must accept the updated user agreement in order to access the Navigator portal.

Two-factor authentication is required for every Navigator user. You must have a unique username and password, and you must have a verification code for every user account on every browser where the user will log on to the Navigator portal. For example, if you have a user account called johndoe, and you log on to Navigator from Google, Internet Explorer, and Firefox, you must have a verification code for that user profile on each of the three browsers.

  1. Navigate to the Pearson VUE Navigator URL https://navigator.pearsonvue.com. The Navigator Login page appears.
  2. Enter your Username and Password and click Login.
  3. On the Two-step verification page, click Request a new code.

Note

To login to the Navigator portal, you must provide your Username and Password, as well as a system generated Verification code. The verification code is only valid for 24 hours. If you do not use the verification code to login to Navigator within 24 hours, the code expires and you must request a new code.

Every user must have a verification code for each browser on each workstation where the Navigator portal is launched.

A message appears notifying you to check your email for the verification code.

  1. Locate the Verification Code email that was sent to you. Copy the Verification Code.
  2. Go back to the Two-step verification page in the Navigator portal and paste the Verification Code.
