Access your Rapid Rewards account at getconnected.southwestwifi.com by selecting Log In at the top of the page. Enter your username or Rapid Rewards account number and password.
Anytime, wherever, Rapid Rewards members have access to their account details via the Southwest website or mobile app. You may access your account, book reward and Companion travel, view your future trip, customise your settings, and more by entering your account number and password.
Members can also access the Rapid Rewards automated voice response system by calling 1-800-445-5764 for general account information

- Marriage license
- Divorce decree
- An old government-issued photo ID plus a new government-issued photo ID
