In order to submit an application online click on Apply button after filling all the necessary details in the form at form.jotform.com. Consider this example – a client may want you to start a particular form on December 16th to use for a Christmas sale and, after the sale, pause the form until next year. Using the following methods, you’ll be able to disable and enable forms whenever you need to.
There are two ways to change the status of a form.
Method 1: My Forms
Go to My Forms, select the form you intend to enable or disable, click More, then change the form’s status by clicking either Enable or Disable.
Method 2: Form Settings
In the Form Builder, click Settings at the top then set the Form Status to one of the available options.
Applying a Theme within the Form Builder
- Open your form in the Form Builder.
- Click the paint roller icon on the right side of the screen to open the Form Designer.
- Go to the Themes tab.
- Hover your mouse over a theme you like and click Use Theme to add it to your form.
Applying a Theme While on Theme Store Page
- Go to https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/.
- Click the theme you wish to use.
- In the preview, click the Use Theme button or the Preview button if you want to see the whole design of the form.
- Select the form you wish to apply the chosen theme.
- Click the Install Theme button, and you’re all set.
