E Challan Payment
Before discussing the e- challan status it is necessary to know what is e-challan? Challan is a payment which citizens of the country have to pay if they break any traffic rule as per the guidelines issued by the traffic department.
Till now this payment is to be made by the citizens in specific places but as the technology becomes advanced the government of India has launched an online challan payment portal known as E-Challan – Digital Traffic/Transport Enforcement Solution.
What is E-Challan?
e-Challan is a modern programming application containing an Android-based portable application and web interface. The e-challan is produced to give a thorough answer for Transport Enforcement Officers and Traffic Policemen. It also provides an abundance of features while covering every single significant usefulness of Traffic Enforcement System.
The E-challan was inaugurated a few days back to give challans to the people on the official app of the government. This will not only save paper cost but also give a wider scope to the process.

Gujarat E-Challan Payment Portal User Manual
1. Open https://echallanpayment.gujarat.gov.in
2. Input Vehicle Registration Number.
3. Select the Un-Paid Challans.
4. Fill the required details like:
5. Mobile No., Email Id, Drivers License.
6. Click on Proceed to Payment.
7. Page will redirect to Cyber Treasury Portal
8. Fill required details if any and select SBI E-Pay, Click on Pay Now/ Submit & Confirm
9. On SBI E-Pay Page:-
10. Select Preferred Payment method & Proceed with Payment
11. After Payment Transaction:
12. Redirected to Cyber Treasury Portal and subsequently VISWAS E-Challan Portal
13. On VISWAS Echallan Payment Portal: Receipt of the Transaction Status (Successful, Pending or Fail)
14. In Case of Payment Successful: Save the receipt for future reference
15. In Case of Payment Failed:
- A) In case payment has failed and no-amount is deducted, then Try again after some time.B) In case payment has failed and the amount is deducted, then the deducted amount will be refunded to origin mode of payment.
16. In Case of Payment Status is pending: Check the payment status within 1 or 2 days by inputting vehicle registration details on https://echallanpayment.gujarat.gov.in

સૂચના
1. અરજદાર નેઈ-ચલણ બાબતેકોઈ માહિતી/સમસ્યા િોય તો સંબંહિત હજલ્લા ના નેત્રમ ની મુલાકાત લેવી.
2. નેત્રમ નો સંપકકકરવા માટેContact Us ટેબ ની મદદ લેવી.
3. ઈ-ચલણ ની ચુકવણી Online તથા Offline માધ્યમ થી કરી સકાશે.
4. Online ચુકવણી https://echallanpayment.gujarat.gov.in પાર કરી સકશે.
5. Offline (Cash) ચુકવણી માટેનેત્રમ અથવા હનયુક્ત કરેલ પોલીસ સ્ટેશન ખાતેકરી સકશે. (સંપકકની માહિતી માટેContact Us ટેબ ની મદદ લેવી)
6. ઈ-ચલણ ની ચુકવણી (Online /Offline) કાયકબાદ ચુકવણી ની Transaction Receipt સાચવી નેરાખવાની હવનંતી છે.
7. તમામ અરજી કરતી વખતેજરૂરી પુરાવા સાથેરાખવા.
8. તમામ અરજી ઈ-ચલણ મળ્યા ના ૧૫ હદવસ મા નેત્રમ ખાતેકરવા ની રિેશે.
9. નેત્રમ ની મુલાકાત લેતી વખતેઈ-ચલણ સંબંહિત નીચેમુજબ પુરાવા સાથેરાખવા:
a. ઈ-ચલણ
b. ઓળખ નો પુરાવો (License, Aadhar card, Voter Id, Passport, PAN Card etc.)
10. જો ઈ-ચલણ ની ચુકવણી/હરફંડ સંબંહિત કોઈ સમસ્યા િોય તો, તેવા હકસ્સા મા નેત્રમ ની મુલાકાત લેતી વખતેનીચેમુજબ પુરાવા સાથેરાખવા:
a. ઈ-ચલણ
b. ઓળખ નો પુરાવો (License, Aadhar card, Voter Id, Passport, PAN Card etc.)
c. ઈ-ચલણ પેમેન્ટ પોટકલ પરથી જનરેટ થયેલ Transaction Receipt .
d. ઈ-ચલણ ની રકમ, ખાતા મા થી ડેહબટ થયા નો પુરાવો ( Bank Statement ).
e. જો હરફંડ ની અરજી કરવી િોય તો જ બેંક ખાતા મા હરફંડ જોયતુંિોટ તેનો પુરાવા ની કોપી (Passbook front page, Cancelled Cheque).
11. જો ઈ-ચલણ મા દશાકવેલ માહિતી ખોટી િોય અનેઈ-ચલણ રદ કરવાની અરજી કરવી િોય તો Annexure A મા દશાકવેલ તમામ માહિતી ભરીનેનેત્રમ ની મુલાકાત લેવાની રિેશે. (Annexure -A :ઈ-ચલણ રદ કરવાની અરજી નું ફોમકનીચેથી મેળવી સકાશે).
12. જો ઈ-ચલણ ની ચુકવણી કરતી વખતેdouble પેમેન્ટ થઇ ગયું િોય અનેહરફંડ કરવા માટેની અરજી કરવી િોય તો Annexure C મા દશાકવેલ તમામ માહિતી ભરીનેનેત્રમ ની મુલાકાત લેવાની રિેશે. (Annexure -C :ઈ-ચલણ સંબંહિત હરફંડ કરવાની નો અરજી નું ફોમકનીચેથી મેળવી સકાશે).
