Bonidollars Gift cards acquired from the Bonidollars rewards catalog must be activated before using them for purchase. Once you have received your gift card, you must go online to Bonidollars.ca, and click “Activate a gift card” at the top of the page.
If you need to update or modify the information that appears in your BONUSDOLLARS account, for example your name, your email or postal address or your telephone number, please contact Desjardins Customer Service at 1 800 363-3380 or at 514 397-4415.

You simply need to fill in the fields with your postal code and the Order number. Your Order Number can be found either in your order confirmation email, or on bonidollars.ca, in the Order History section, under My Account.

After receiving and activating your gift card, you will be able to give these cards to your family and friends to use in the store. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send gift cards to a civic address other than the address registered on your Desjardins credit card.

- Select Redeem BONUSDOLLARS.

- Follow the steps to redeem your BONUSDOLLARS.
Registering your Desjardins credit card on BONUSDOLLARS.ca is free!
The BONUSDOLLARS.ca site is offered exclusively to Desjardins credit card holders. Registering your Desjardins credit card on the site allows us to confirm that you are a duly authorized cardholder.
Please note that you must be the primary cardholder of the Desjardins credit card you register on the BONUSDOLLARS rewards program site.
You must have an eligible Desjardins credit card to make purchases on BONUSDOLLARS.ca.

You can redeem your BONUSDOLLARS to get a gift card from the BONUSDOLLARS catalogue, pay off certain purchases made with your credit card, or get Desjardins products and services.
1 BONUSDOLLARS earned = $1 you can redeem
For example, a balance of 250 BONUSDOLLARS equals $250 you can redeem. You must redeem a minimum of 20 BONUSDOLLARS.
How can I modify my order?

You can cancel your order within six hours of your transaction. Simply go to My Account , click Order History, and cancel the appropriate order.
What should I do if my gift card is stolen or lost?
Once the gift card has been activated, the BONUSDOLLARS rewards program is no longer responsible for what happens to it and cannot help you if it is lost or stolen.
