Punjab government’s cova mobile application is emerging as the major tool in fight against corona virus infection. Deputy Commissioner Fazilka Mr. ArvindPal Singh Sandhu said this here today while urging masses to join Mission Fateh and fight in rooting out corona from the Punjab.

He said that the Mission Fateh campaign was going on in the district in full swing wherein Mission Fateh competitions are being conducted through cova app. The Deputy Commissioner said that so for 9148 persons of district Fazilka have been already joined Mission Fateh through COVA app and 34 had won the Mission Fateh Warrior certificate signed by Chief Minister Capt. Amrinder Singh.

He added that the best feature of cova app was that it gave notifications if a covid positive or suspected case is around the app user. All kinds of information related to covid 19 is available on this app. It also has real time data of the covid patients.
Inviting people to join the Mission Fateh competitions he said that this was a secured government app that has authenticated and updated information regarding corona. People can also generate e passes using this app. It also has e Sanjeevani feature that enables one to call nearest government doctor through video calling facility. One can also give information about a crowd or that of people coming from other states. The Bluetooth and location based app keeps its user aware from covid menace.
To join Mission Fateh, one has to download cova app from Google play store, join Mission Fateh at home page and click at Join Now option. One can fill in referral code and name and submit with own photo. Fill in daily response and the referral code generated can be used by others to join Mission Fateh and become Mission Fateh Warriors. The first 1000 getting maximum points will be awarded certificates and T shirts.
