What Can I Do If I’m Unable to Reset My Password?

Issues with password resets can happen due to a delay in the system, using an old password reset e-mail, or an issue with your password itself.
  • If you have not received your password reset email, you should ensure that your e-mail account is not blocking or filtering emails from no*****@be******.net.
  • If possible, no*****@be******.net should be added to your e-mail account’s safe senders list.
  • Allow the system a few minutes to process your password change before logging in. You may also want to delete all the password reset emails in your inbox, then obtain a new one from your account page.

Ensure that your password meets the following requirements for a Bethesda account password:

  • Be between 8 and 64 characters.
  • Contain at least one uppercase letter.
  • Contain at least one lowercase letter.
  • Contain a number or symbol.
  • Cannot match or contain username.
  • It cannot be a previously used password.

If the issue persists, the following steps may resolve the error:

  1. Try a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Internet Explorer.
  2. Temporarily disable anti-virus, ad/pop-up blockers, and firewalls. Afterwards, remember to turn them back on to protect your system.
  3. Clear the web browser’s cache, cookies, history, temporary files, form data, and active filters.
