How Do I Create a bethesda.net Account?
Follow the steps below to create an account on Bethesda.net:
1. Click Log In / Sign Up on the top-right of the main Bethesda.net page. Alternatively, you can visit https://bethesda.net/en/account/manage-account and click “Create Account.”
2. Choose your Country/Region
3. Enter your Email address and choose whether to sign up for Bethesda updates and select “Continue.”4. Enter a Username and Password

5. Select a Secret Question and enter an answer
- Must be at least 4 characters
- Make sure it is answer you will remember
- Select a question for which the answer will not change
- By clicking ‘Create Account’, you agree to the Zenimax Terms of Service, Privacy Policy., Code of Conduct, and Bethesda.net Launcher EULA.
6. Your account is now created and the final step is to verify your account.
- Check your email account for an email from noreply@bethesda.net with the subject “Welcome to Bethesda.net | Account Successfully Created”. Click the Verify Account link in that email to verify your account.
What Can I Do If I’m Unable to Reset My Password?
- If you have not received your Bethesda.net password reset email, you should ensure that your e-mail account is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@bethesda.net.
- If possible, noreply@bethesda.net should be added to your e-mail account’s safe senders list.
- Allow the system a few minutes to process your password change before logging in. You may also want to delete all the password reset emails in your inbox, then obtain a new one from your account page.
Ensure that your password meets the following requirements for a Bethesda account password:
- Be between 8 and 64 characters.
- Contain at least one uppercase letter.
- Contain at least one lowercase letter.
- Contain a number or symbol.
- Cannot match or contain username.
- It cannot be a previously used password.
If the issue persists, the following steps may resolve the error:
- Try a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Internet Explorer.
- Temporarily disable anti-virus, ad/pop-up blockers, and firewalls. Afterwards, remember to turn them back on to protect your system.
