To login into Air Canada, use your username (ex. AC123456) and your password at acaeronet.aircanada.ca. You will be directed to HR Connex and have access to Air Canada news like The Daily and Horizons, the Employee Travel Site and HR Connex all in one place.
We recommend updating your password regularly, and ensuring it has sufficient complexity to be considered a strong password. (More than 14 characters, containing a combination and upper and lowercase letters and digits.) You can now change your password online if you remember your current password, or by contacting the IT Service Desk if you do not. (See the IT Service Desk contact information section)
To log in, use your username (ex. QKN123456) and your password. Depending on your access privileges, you will either be directed to a portal that displays icons that link to your applications or Aeronet.

If you forget your password and need to reset it: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/. If you have not previously set up an authentication method on your account you will not be able to reset your password using this self-service tool and will need to contact the IT Service Desk. A valid Air Canada Employee Number and PIN combination is required.
- If you do not have a PIN please select the First Time User link to create a new PIN.
