To activate your new H&R Block Advantage Prepaid Mastercard, Go to www.hrblock.dcbank.ca.  Follow the steps for entering your email address, card number, date of birth and under the ‘Select verification method’.

Click Next then you will be prompted to create a password.  the password must contain at least 1 upper case and 1 lower case letter, a number and a special character or symbol.

Once your H&R Block Advantage Prepaid Mastercard ® is loaded with your tax refund, it’s ready to use. You’ll love the convenience and protection, not only during tax season, but all year round.

Register and set up your card.

1. Visit http://hrblock.dcbank.ca/login

2. Follow these 3 simple steps.

  • Click: Register Now.
  • Fill in the screen and click: Next.
  • Set your own password and done!

3. This will grant you access to additional features and services

LOGIN TO ACCOUNT

1. Go to hrblock.dcbank.ca

2. Enter the email address that was registered

3. Enter your password

4. You may choose to check the box for “Remember Me” if you are logging into a private computer. Do not use this option if you are using a public computer.

5. Click Login

Sending an e-Transfer®.

• Log in http://hrblock.dcbank.ca/login

• Select “Transfer Funds” from menu.

• Fill in the required information to send an e-Transfer®.

• Processing time for e-Transfer® can take up to 30 minutes.

MULTIPLE CARDS OR WALLETS

If you have multiple cards or wallets, first select the card that you want to take actions for, such as send an eTransfer or change a PIN for a card. Note that only one card will be active at a time in each wallet, but you may have multiple wallets.

Note: When receiving an eTransfer, the funds will be deposited to the card account that was active the last time you were logged into your account.

1. View the active card on the home page.

2. Click on “Manage Wallets and Cards” from the home page.

3. Click on a Wallet to view cards.

4. Click on a card within the wallet.

5. Click Confirm.

6. You’ll be returned to the home page that displays the active card and wallet balance. Any actions you take will now relate to that card / wallet.
