You can watch the 2024 CMT Music Awards on CBS this evening, April 7, at 8 p.m. Eastern. The performance, which has been held at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas for the past four years, is hosted by Kelsea Ballerini.

Countless live musical guests, including as Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, and Ballerini, are featured on the show, and music fans vote for the winners.
