Super Cash is a program for customers to get more savings at Old Navy stores and online. The coupons can be earned and redeemed during specific ‘Super Cash’ periods throughout the year. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know when those times are.

There are different denominations of Super Cash you can earn based on your purchase total and whether it was a store or online transaction. You will only receive one coupon per transaction while supplies last. For customers shopping in our retail stores, the cashier will hand you the appropriate coupon based on your earn purchase total. For online customers, you will receive your Super Cash coupon via email within approximately 24 hours of completing your qualifying purchase. You’ll also have the option to save your coupons to your mobile device for later use.

With Super Cash amounts of $10, $20, $30, $40, $50, and $60, you have the flexibility to spend less than the maximum thresholds to use the full value of the discount and can still save lower amounts off your purchase. However, you will forfeit any unused potential Super Cash value. You can use one Super Cash coupon with a single transaction, but there is no limit to how many Super Cash coupons you can redeem overall. Super Cash is not valid at other brands, or at our clearance centers.

1. Activate your new card starting June 20, any time after 6am ET.

2. Please destroy your Navyist Rewards Credit Card from Synchrony at that time as it will no longer be valid

3. Visit to set up and manage your account online, set up repeat payments and enroll in paperless statements

4. Notify any merchants that automatically bill your account regularly, such as utilities, mobile phone, or insurance providers, of your new account information

Also, you should update any online merchant accounts that store your credit card information for expedited check-out as well as any digital wallets.

How do I get a PIN for my chip card?

Although we assigned a 4-digit PIN to your account when we opened it, we encourage you to change your PIN to something easy to remember, difficult to guess.

• If you activate your new card online, you’ll be prompted to create a PIN. You won’t have to know your existing PIN to create a new one.
• If you call us to activate your new card, you can also create a PIN, or you can request to have your assigned PIN mailed to you.

Please note that if you create a new PIN, you’ll have to sign for your first transaction at a chip-card terminal with a cashier. After your first chip transaction has been completed, your PIN will be activated and you’ll be able to use your card at self-service terminals where a PIN is required.

You can also use your PIN for cash advances at ATMs in the U.S. and around the world. Your Cash Advance Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will apply. Remember that there is only one PIN for your account. As the primary cardmember, you can share your PIN with authorized users, at your discretion.

How do I register for online Credit Card account servicing?

Go to the log in page of the website and click on the Set up online access button. Once you confirm your identity and set up your login credentials, you’ll be able to enter the website to service your Credit Card account.


Before June 16, continue to make payments as you normally do.

Beginning June 16, you will no longer have access to your online credit card account through Synchrony Financial at
Payments scheduled to be processed on your Navyist Rewards Credit Card after June 16 will be canceled.


If you plan to make an online payment, you can do so until 11:59pm ET on June 15. Please note, that you can modify a scheduled payment or autopayment until 7:00pm ET on June 15.

If you plan to make a payment by mail, please mail it to the address for payments provided on your Synchrony billing statement at least 7 days before it is due

Payments due between June 16 and June 19 should be mailed to Synchrony

If you have arrangements with other electronic bill payment services, please notify them that payments will no longer be processed by Synchrony after June 16.


Online: Visit to set up payments directly from a checking or savings account or make arrangements using your new account information with your other bill payment services.
