Connecting your Toniebox to Wi-Fi is essential for the initial setup, downloading new Tonie content, and managing your Toniebox through the mytonies app or website.
To connect a Toniebox to WiFi, follow these steps:
Prerequisites:
Ensure you have the Toniebox ready.
It should be fully charged.

Turn on your Toniebox by pressing the power button (ears) for about 2-3 seconds until the LED light turns green.
3. Enter Setup Mode
Press and hold both ears of the Toniebox simultaneously for about 5 seconds until the LED starts blinking blue. This means the Toniebox is ready to connect to WiFi.
4. Connect the Toniebox to Your Network
Open the MyTonie app or website.
Go to Settings or Add Toniebox.
Follow the on-screen instructions:
Select your Toniebox from the list.
Enter your WiFi credentials (SSID and password).
5. Wait for Confirmation
The Toniebox will attempt to connect to your WiFi network. The LED will:
Blink green during the connection process.
Turn solid green when successfully connected.
6. Troubleshooting
If the LED blinks red:
Double-check your WiFi credentials.
Ensure your WiFi is 2.4 GHz.
Move the Toniebox closer to your router.
Restart your router and try again.
Once your Toniebox is successfully connected to your Wi-Fi, it’s ready to download content for your Tonies! Remember that the Toniebox only needs a Wi-Fi connection for initial setup and when downloading new content.
After a Tonie’s content is fully downloaded (solid green LED), it can be played without a Wi-Fi connection.
